Some of you may have noticed we’ve been a little quiet the past few days . . . that’s because we have been working on designing a complete ultimate event package that we hope you will love! Enjoy!

Event Cards
Some use these to place in frames and set behind/beside aroma jars. What are aroma jars? These are jars that have cotton balls, epsom salt, or some other material that allows the oils to penetrate and linger so that your guests can have a brief aromatic experience.
Shout out to Erica Cain with “Life is Better Oiled” for the verbiage and design idea for these event cards.
These cards are designed to print as a true 4″ x 6″ size. They are high-quality and you can use any printing service you like. You may find it less expensive to print them like photos through a photo printing service like Shutterfly, Walgreens, WalMart, SnapFish, etc.
Just a few guidelines for use:
- Please do not alter our designs (with the exception of those designs, i.e. flyers, brochures, and business cards, that have an area for you to add your contact information)
- Please do not use as a social media graphic. This is for printing only.
- Please provide a link back to this page when sharing the banner with others.
- No one is authorized to sell any of our material in any form.
- Our designs our made to meet U.S. compliance. We do not design for other countries as we are not well versed with the compliance requirements for other countries. If you select a design to use in another country, it is your responsibility to ensure it meets that countries compliance regulations.
- Our designs are free for any Young Living member to use, specifically U.S. members, see bullet point above.
We give permission for our materials to be printed through any outlet for your personal use. Please remember NO Young Living Independent Member may profit from any of Young Living’s graphics/trademarks/brands, etc.
Please download the cards individually by scrolling to the bottom of this page so that they are their true 4×6 size (they are actually 4.25″ x 6.25″ to allow for “bleed” room when printing).

We highly recommend using stainless steel spice jars versus glass jars (if they are accidentally dropped they will not break, less risk for your guest and you). These magnetic jars are fantastic and can save space on your table!

I love your products! Do you have any sets of ‘open and sniff’ or event cards that coordinate with the Canadian PSK?
We are U.S. based and work hard to stay on top of U.S. labeling laws and marketing guidelines. We are also volunteers and do not have the manpower to research and stay on top of guidelines for other countries. What’s the recipe for the Aroma Jars with Epsom Salt?
Hi Ronnie,
There are no “recipes.” Just fill the Aroma Jar of your choice with Epsom Salt (leave some room at the top) and then place a few drops of oil in the jar. The number of drops will depend on how big your aroma jar is . . . just play around with it until you have the aroma you desire.

Tested and both links are working just fine. Are you trying to open them on a mobile device? If so, most mobile devices require an APP to open a PDF. If on a laptop/desktop try clearing your web browsers cache, close the browser completely, then reopen and try again.

No, sorry, there would not be enough room to hand write on the sheet, the columns would be much too narrow. There are, however, registration cards that have various options for the person to check off. We recommend using those instead.

Our PSK Event cards are designed for U.S. members. We do not design for other countries, at this time. We do, however, have “Love It, Share It” cards for a majority of YL oils. I bought the aver labels you referenced above but the pdf is not lining up exactly correct. They actually need to shift up about 1/2 an inch to be centered in the labels. Any suggestions?
Hi Deborah,
Make sure your printers scale is set to 100%. Most printers are automatically set to “fit to page” but this has to be set to 100% scale. If the scale is set to 100% then you may have to play with the scale and/or margins a little. Every printer is slightly different when it comes to margins.

I love that you are providing compliant printable material for free !!! I do have a question though. My son-in-law has a computer graphics company and he has offered to make me a banner for an upcoming vendor event – is it allowed for me to download one of your designs and have him make a banner? I understand your graphics cannot be changed except to add my name, number etc. Also, so I understand correctly – I may print your informational cards and give them out for free to potential members and at vendor shows? I saw your enrollment sheet for when people sign up for a kit. Do you use these to sign them up right away and then they take this paper with them or is this for you to do later? Also how do you get people on Essential Rewards?
Many of our members use the forms to enroll new members during large events. They will speak with the new member, informing him/her of everything they need to know and answering any questions. Then, typically, they will have the new member sit and fill out the form, along with providing him/her with the “guidelines and other legal information” they must have when enrolling, link to this provided in post. The member will then take the form home and create an account to enroll that person. A copy of the enrollment form is mailed to the new member, if they have stated they want it mailed. Some members also mail this to YL and some will keep it protected and on file for their records. How you select to do this is up to you because you are the owner of your YL business. Do what works best for you and your potential member. Talk to your upline about essential rewards … that becomes a whole other topic. Your upline will have tips and tricks to help with this.

I just downloaded some new stuff!! Thanks so much for providing a ONE PAGE enrollment form! I have an idea I’d like to suggest – if you’ve considered it already, I apologize: I work with animals, and promote the Animal Scents collection heavily. Unfortunately, there is no “starter kit” per se with animals. As I begin my vendor events this year, I’m considering a “Build-Your-Own” starter kit, whereby people can purchase the Basic Kit & then add other products of their choosing. Is it possible to either add the Basic Kit to the one-page enrollment, or create a separate order form with checklist of products & pricing to be added to whatever kit people choose? And perhaps instead of trying to have all products in one package, it could be done separately for each product line instead. It was just a thought. You do a great job with the graphics, and I’m sooooo thankful I came across some of the newer stuff. Hi!! First I want to give a huge THANK YOU for all of the information on your site. I’m organizing my first vendor event and you have all of the necessary graphics, supplies etc. to make this a well-oiled machine!! I’m reaching out as I am having trouble printing out the individual event cards for the starter kit oils. Regardless of what size I choose on my printer, it’s printing extremely small. Is there a trick that I’m missing? There isn’t a download option so I’m just dragging to a folder and printing it from there. Thanks so much!

You save them to your device and then if printing at home be sure your printers scale is set to 100% and not “fit to page.” See instructions on each of our package pages.
